About who I am

Welcome to my blog, I am a technology expert in my late twenties, and I am a lot of fun. I love Texas Holdem Poker, Hunting, and travel. My fiance and I will be married next year, and we are looking forward to an even bigger adventure than we are already on.

I am originally from California, and I have always been involved in small businesses, since the age of 16 I have worked for people with ambition.

It was only this last year that I really struck the big idea, and figured out the secret to my newest success, but before I get into all of that I should tell you a bit more about myself.

I am a risk taker and a positive thinker. I think that people (like myself) who want to build a better life, need to take action to do so. I have failed more times than I can count starting with a couple internet startups in California, a direct sales business, and even a small marketing company. Living under the ceiling of bills, debts, low wages, dead end jobs, and surrounded by people who did not believe in me, my life was a pretty dismal failure.

I remember I used to live my life like it was a roller coaster, I would find an emotional peak when I was thinking about some new idea, proposition, project, or get rich quick scheme. And of course like many people do, I would find my big low when my own mind started poking big holes in my ideas. I started down the road of self doubt, seeing nothing but the negative, and the problems that were in between me and success.

I was actually a really amazing day I remember, when my boss at the time (very successful man) gave me a verbal slap in the face. Told me I approached life like a victim, that I was creating my own chaos, and that I had no one to blame for failure beside myself.

I was like .. WOOOOWWW slow down.. But it stuck. It hit me deep, depper than I can express with words, because some deep part of me heard it. I knew he was right, and that I looked at life expecting my own failure. It was like some kind of magic bean had been given to me. I needed to look at things in a positive light. I needed to approach things from the perspective of success. I needed to believe in my self , even when no one else would. How could I expect people to believe in me if I did not believe in myself?

This was the moment that started transforming my life. I started to act in my interior as though I would be successful. I needed to really believe I was incapable of failure.

Wow.. I do. I really do think that, way deep down I still know where that voice of doubt is, and I tell him to shut up and keep his voice out of my head. My life has come a long way since those days.

I started a business with my sister, that has now become very successful. She had a marketing background, and I had one in web design, and we have made our way in the world. Our business is flourishing, and frankly we have more work than hours in the day. What a stark difference between then and now.

Like I said the moment that really gave me vision, that changed my way of thinking, that motivated me to really change my life was not until more recently.

You see I have noticed that success breeds success. People who are successful are surrounded by other successful people. This is a normal thing, and it always seems to be true. There is a gigantic brick wall that separates people from success when they do not have any. Its like the great wall of china, because when you have money, and stability you have it, and when you don’t well.. you just don’t.

That is not to say that people can not become successful. I look at myself in the mirror, and realize I could have been successful a long time ago, I just didn’t want to do what that would take. Its a big decision. That journey can be very very hard. Its the people with heart that never give up and realize their dream.

So the big vision, and how it is changing my life

I have always been introduced to multi-level marketing programs (MLMs) that do direct selling, and for the most part I have had no interest. Amway, Quixstar, and so many others are selling people hope. They fall so short of what a good direct selling program should be. I know they left a bad taste in my mouth, and I was just not interested in hearing anything about another one. I literally said “I am never going to do that again”.

Then a little while ago I was meeting with a business contact to build a website, and this was a person who is already successful. He owns a marketing business, and has done very well for himself. He started telling me about the opportunity he has come into, and how he is changing his entire company to re-work it from the ground up. In his new company, they will be selling this new product Xango.

Now I had no idea what Xango was, and many of you may have already head about it, but he did say that he had friends making literally millions from Xango.

Now this did not develop into my starting a xango business, or doing much of anything really. You see I had my revelation of sorts after speaking with Jen, my business partner.

My revelation is really simple, but really deep. An MLM like Xango could make a person rich, BUT, the people you should seek out are already successful. Let me repeat that again, an MLM can make you rich beyond your dreams, change your life, and build a life you have always wanted, but you MUST find successful people in order to realize your dream.

I don’t know how many people I have met trying to sell their families, trying to get their friends to join the band wagon.. with little or no success. I can think of all the times I have met people who were signing up their aquaintences who were struggling financially, but not because things were hard at the moment, these people were just not successful. They had no abmition. These people that were having their time and energy wasted on them were not in a position to create MLM success.

If you have every tried an MLM without success, you have heard the gimicks, you have heard the stories about how to leverage your friends, make lists, have a party and hopefully 3 or 5 get signed up, and then its supposed to be magic. People invite their friends with no real desire to work, they invite their co-workers who are already lazy at their current job.. people with no aspirations of doing something BIGGER.

The old way of doing MLM’s has never worked, and never will! The truth is that the process is so much simpler, but one ingredient must exist for real success.

I have discovered the essential truth about how to succeed in an MLM, and I am putting that to use. I am using my extensive years of web technology knowledge, my sales training, and my currently successful business to launch a successful MLM team.I have already started, and we are going to change our lives again.
